Supper in a Hot Pie and Stewed Eel Saloon

The famous siege of Sidney Street, Jan 1911
Gunmen, resisting arrest, had barricaded themselves in 100, Sidney Street, and opened fire at the police. A detachment of Scots Guards and several hundred armed police were called out to capture them.
